Recorded sessions

Protected records are unavailable until fleet ownership is verified.

Session scores and alert counts are unverified client reports. A missing end time does not establish that a session is active. This page excludes location, camera media, audio, raw motion, events, and saved follow-ups.

The dashboard’s live cards show up to 50 recent sessions. The separate 7- and 30-day printable manager report counts all stored sessions in its window.

Filter protected sessions

Driver and start-date filters search the whole protected fleet before loading a page. Recorded end status and sorting apply to loaded matching records; load older pages to expand those views. Account changes clear the active view and its saved preferences. Leaving this page clears protected records; date, end status and sort can be restored after fleet access is verified again.

Date, end status and sort are remembered on this device for your account and fleet. Driver selection is not saved. Clear filters removes saved preferences.

Recent periods include today and the preceding 6 or 29 local calendar days, through the time you apply the filter. Custom dates include each selected local day; either boundary can be left open, but enter at least one date. Future starts are excluded from date ranges. Sorting applies to loaded records; loading older sessions continues in the server’s newest-first order. Missing sort values appear last. Completed means a valid end was recorded; it does not verify client reports.

CSV and print use exactly the shown sessions in their displayed order, with filters, sort order, time, loaded counts and browsing limits. Both exclude IDs, location, personal media, raw motion, events, and follow-ups. These are loaded-record snapshots, even when the driver or date filter searches the server. Refresh if browsing started more than five minutes ago or a loading attempt failed. Your browser’s print dialog offers Save as PDF.
