Pilot quick start
A small, privacy-conscious launch path for managers and participating drivers. Start parked, keep the pilot to five drivers or fewer, and treat every alert as a prompt to stop safely—not permission to keep driving tired.

Launch a focused pilot
- 1
Create the protected fleet
Sign in as the fleet owner and create one protected workspace. Keep the first pilot small so support and review stay manageable.
Set up fleet → - 2
Invite up to five drivers
Send each participating driver a protected invitation. Confirm they understand what the pilot collects, what it excludes, and that Occulert does not replace rest or professional judgment.
Invite drivers → - 3
Confirm the first protected session
Ask one driver to complete a normal session without staging fatigue. Check that the dashboard records the session before expanding participation.
Check protected history → - 4
Use the privacy-safe shared display
Open the aggregate-only TV view for shared visibility. It excludes driver names, vehicles, locations, individual scores, raw events, and editing controls.
Open TV display → - 5
Review at 7 and 30 days
At day 7, check participation, missing sessions, and support needs. At day 30, review the protected report and decide whether to continue, adjust, or stop the pilot.

Complete a safe pilot session
- 1
Set up only while parked
Mount the phone securely, allow camera access, frame your face, and connect optional audio or Watch accessories before moving. Never adjust the app while driving.
- 2
Start a normal session
Keep Occulert open and visible. Monitoring stops when the app leaves the foreground. Do not stage drowsiness or drive when you should rest.
Start parked setup → - 3
Respond to an alert by stopping safely
An alert may be missed or may be false. If an alert occurs—or you feel tired—pull over when safe and rest. An alert never makes it safe to continue driving.
Read safety guidance → - 4
End and save the session
Stop the session after parking. If protected fleet sync is enabled, the manager receives the privacy-limited session summary; camera video and raw motion are not included.
Review privacy details →
